CIRCULATING OIL SYSTEMS

Designed for the filtration and cooling of lubricating oil, circulated through a closed loop system to all connected points in the system.

Custom engineered to meet all of your lubrication needs. Specializing in fractional GPM to 25 GPM and 5 gallon to 500 gallon system capacity requirements. API or industrial specs.

Cost effective for insuring maximum life of your large, heavily loaded or high speed bearings. Equally suited for transmissions, gearboxes or seal oil requirements. Configurations to adapt as a standby to your equipment driven lubricating system or to condition oil periodically in non-circulating reservoirs. LUBE DEVICES, INC. supplies systems for paper machine, wood product, rubber, textile, pump, turbine, fan, hydroelectric, blower, crusher, printing press, test stand and machine tool applications.

BASIC DESIGN FEATURES

Steel reservoirs are sized to provide a minimum of five minutes "stilling time" to remove entrapped air plus extra capacity for "run-down".

Pumps / motors are specified to meet your requirements for capacity, pressure and viscosity at 1800 rpm maximum, to insure long life. "Close coupled" is specified to minimize replacement time by eliminating tedious pump / motor / coupling alignment.

Heat exchangers are selected on a basis of heat load, flow and pressure.

Line filters are oversized to maximize time between element replacements.

Piping is sized to provide flows less than 5 fps and to support components.

Oil is returned to the system by gravity.

Components are mounted on the removable reservoir top plate.
